What are the delivery costs?

NATIONWIDE with An Post tracking: ➡ Orders under 25.00€ = 6.50€ ➡ Orders between 26.00 & 60.00€ = 5.00€ ➡ Free delivery over 60.00€ LOCAL: ➡ FREE Pick Up in Ashbourne (Co MEATH only) ➡ Ashbourne Local Delivery: 2.50€

Where do you deliver?

We deliver in Republic of Ireland only However, if you are somewhere else in Europe, you can contact us and we will give you a quote

How are the delivery made?

All our nationwide deliveries are made by An Post We use recyclable cardboard boxes as much as possible for mailing so you are sure to receive your little clothes in a good state Local deliveries are made by ourselves

How long does the delivery takes?

Allow 3 to 7 working days for a delivery in ROI

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Good question! As soon as your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail to let your know with your tracking number

How are my items packaged for delivery?

We use recycle plastic mail bags It's important for us that you can reuse or recycle all packaging we use

Why have I not received my parcel yet?

Please, allow 7 working days from the moment you placed your order before you contact us

  • If your order is on the way, you have receive an e-mail to let you know (check your spam)
  • If you placed your order less than 7 days ago, nothing to be worried of
  • If you placed your order more than 7 days ago: Contact us

I received my parcel damaged, what should I do?

We do our best to make sure you received your goods in a perfect state by using plastic polybags. However, it can unfortunately happens that the Postman presents you a damaged or opened parcel. If it happens, there is a risk of missing or damage products In this case, please follow those steps:

  1. Take pictures of the package
  2. If you can, refuse it and ask the postman to send it back to sender
  3. Contact us or send us an e-mail with the pictures to prelovedressing@prelovedressing.com and we will find a solution together
Please, note that we can not be held responsible for issues during the delivery. Even if we will do our best to sort out the matter together

My parcel has been sent back to PreLoveDressing, what should I do?

If we receive your parcel back, we will contact you to inform you! If you realised that your parcel has been sent back to us before we contacted you, send us a message and we will sort it out together

  • A mistake has been made on our side (Mistakes happen), then we will double check your address and send you the parcel back for free
  • The mistake was on your side (wrong address, parcel not picked up on time...), we will either restock the product and issue a rrefund minus delivery fees or send you back the parcel and charge you for the second delivery the real cost

We accept major banks card You can also pay with Prelovedvoucher

How will I receive a refund?

If we have to refund you for any reason, we will use the original method of payement to do so

Guarantee, Cancellation & Returns

Is there a 14 days cooling off period?

Indeed! Even if we are sure you will be satisfied with your purchase, in the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or from a door-to-door salesperson, within 14 days after the delivery for a full refund. You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind. In this case, however, you will have to pay for the return of the goods
You have to return the goods at least 14 days after letting us know
If the goods are return in a perfect state as you received them, we will issue a refund within 14 days ATTENTION! You can use the Cooling Off Period only if the clothes has not been worn, washed, used.... and can only apply on the full order! If you want to return your order, please Contact us

Can I return one or more items?

We only accepts returns under the conditions as "14 Days cooling off period" policy, for full orders. To know more, please check the FAQ: "Is there a 14 days cooling off period?" If there was a mistake on our side, we will pay for the delivery fees. If the mistake was on your side, we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping fees You can choose to receive a voucher of the amount you paid for the item to spend on our boutique or you will have to send us your bank details and we'll address you a wire transfer to refund the clothes, once we have receive them

Can I cancel my order?

Off course, you have the right to change your mind!

  • Your order has not been prepared and shipped yet > Happy days ! We will cancel it in our system and issue you a full refund within 14 working days maximum
  • Your order is on the way, you have not received it yet > Refuse the parcel when it arrives. It will be return to us. We will issue a you a refund minus the delivery fees
  • You have received your parcel already. Then the 14 days Cooling off period applies. So please, have a look at the FAQ: "Is there a 14 days cooling off period?"

Is there a guarantee on my purchase?

Yes, there is! You always have the right to a minimum 2-year guarantee at no cost, regardless of whether you bought your goods online, in a shop or by mail order. If goods you bought anywhere in the EU turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised, the seller must repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund.You can usually only ask for a partial or full refund when it is not possible to repair or replace the goods. However, keep in mind you purchased pre-loved item(s) and not new good(s). See " Competition and consumer protection commission" information for more details Note that:

  • We give as much details as possible in the product description
  • We keep pictures of every product we send, so we know in what state it was when we sent it
  • Color might vary from a screen to another
  • Sizes are variable from a brand to another, we provide you the tag information
  • All clothes must be washed at 30 degrees and not put in the dryer. If a clothe is defective after a being washed differently, we can not be held responsible

Size Guide

Every brand, shop, even country seems to have their own chart when it comes to babies & todler size. To help you making your mind, here is the size guide we use on the boutique. Also, we indicate in every description the tag's information and a recommandation based on our expertise and the analyse of the little clothes. We know by experience that French clothes for example can be slitghly smaller (18 Months size is 81 cm) and the Dutch one slightly bigger... Feel free to ask us questions before your purchase to make sure you'll be happy when you receive the clothes.

What quality are PreLoveDressing.ie's products?

We sell second hand goods from "New with Tag" to "Fairly used". We give as much details as we can in each product description to make sure your are satisfied when you receive your order.

What is the "PreLoved Surprise Box"?

The "PreLoved Surprise Box" is a bundle we create espacially for you with a fix price. It is composed of: - 4 Babyvests - 3 Sleepsuits - 1 Top (T-Shirt or blouse) - 1 Bottom (tracksuit or legging)

Can I chose the products in the "Surpise Box"?

Nope. The idea of the surprise box is that... it's a surprise. You can chose between different option to make sure you'll recieve what you need / want. Trust us, we only want you to be satisfied!

  • Free delivery for all orders over  60.00 €

  • Please, don't get us wrong. We know that 5.00 € for delivery fees can seem high today. However, we guarantee you that we DO NOT make any profit on the deliveries

  • There is a 2.00 € fees for deliveries / collection in Ashbourne Co Meath

  • We searched for the best solution to be able to get reusable or recyclable packaging and the best way for the clothes to have a safe journey from our house to your doorstep.

  • You might not know that at the moment, NO SOFT PLASTIC are recyclable in Ireland. It would have been cheaper for us to use plastic pouch for deliveries but it is not ecological for now. 

  • We keep an eye on the situation to always provide you the best and cheapest solution as possible.

  • We use recyclable boxes most of the time but we have no choice than using soft plastic pouch for big items. They are cute though. Please reuse them or put them in the household waste disposal
